I am hoping that writing and sharing your mother-in-laws passing has helped with your healing. My mother-in-law passed a year ago from cancer and I wrote a tribute sharing how a Christian woman dies. I am sure both our MIA are hanging out together in heaven!

Thank you for re-sharing this; it's the first time I've read it. And it comes at the perfect time for me: I've recently lost two of my dearest elderly friends at my home church, and the staggering nature of my grief has taken me by surprise. This was a comfort...so thank you <3

Meredith, I can only imagine the weight of that grief. I am so happy that this came at just the right time. I hope that in this season, you find all sorts of tiny, beautiful comforts tucked into even the toughest moments.
