Dee, your suggestion that we let go of what "should" happen in a day and spread our to-do's over a week is very sound. Also, the word, "should," needs to disappear from our vocabularies.

Aunt Ellen - thank you. I’ve often heard people say that we should stop “shoulding” on ourselves. I like to remember that when I feel inadequate at the end of the day!
