I admittedly didnโ€™t 10000% but in to his book (solely for the reason that a lot of the examples were seemingly impossible for me to accomplish financially or time wise as I have no childcare and my husband is gone for lengthy amounts of time), butttt I will say that I DID love this interview! I too donโ€™t love playing with my kids. ๐Ÿฅด and as an ex-elementary school teacher myself, the direction schools choose to go sometimes is very disappointing.

That was an interesting interview. Made sense when you were discussing Fit Bits and how the final result of numbers of steps or hours of sleep can distract from enjoying the activity itself. As they say " Life is a journey, enjoy the ride". I try to focus on how much I 'm enjoying a moment even if it's just watching a chipmunk or admiring my flowers and garden. Playing with my grandchildren is at the top of my list, too! He was an inspiring guest and seems like a very thoughtful person.
